About Us
faith4ward is an initiative set to provide support to communities in need, rooted in being the hands and feet of God.
faith4ward was born out of desire to love and serve others well. Our desire is to come along side developing communities, learn about them, their needs, desires and strengths then assist them with sustainable changes.
The Board.
Our board is made up of 4 people, so far, all equipped to serve different roles to make our mission possible.
Who We Are.
Renae Kramer is the founder of faith4ward and serves as Chairman of the Board. A devoted Christ-follower, Renae seeks to honor God in all she says and does. Her greatest hope is that everyone she encounters feels the love of Christ through her words, actions, and leadership.
Renae has spent 37 years in healthcare and has served as a nurse for 35 of those years. Her experience spans orthopedics, oncology, medical-surgical care, long-term care, EMS, and nursing management. Her wide range of expertise reflects a lifetime of compassion, service, and dedication to the well-being of others.
She is the proud mom of five children and the joyful grandmother of five amazing grandchildren — a title she considers one of her very favorites. Volunteering and giving back to her community have always been central to her life, and she brings that same heart for service to the mission and vision of the organization.
